HOW TO KEEP YOUR MIND HEALTHY

Our brain is like our body muscle, it can atrophy. To keep our mind healthy we have to work out it every day.

First of all we have to use our brain by doing tasks such as thinking through problems and doing simple arithmetic problems by yourself without using calculator.

Work on crosswords puzzles and ply scrabbles are great ways to get your brain thinking

Read more and watch thought provoking movies. Playing some video games are very useful to fight Alzheimer’s.

Start a new  hobby which give you entertainment.
       
Physical exercise will help keep your mind as well as your body fit. Exercise increases blood-flow and oxygenates the brain.

YARD WORK, WALKING DOG, SWIMMING, DANCING, BIKE RIDING, YOGA, TAI CHI, TENNIS, GOLF, ALL THESE MAKES YOUR BODY FIT AND MIND HEALTHY.

Challenge your brain by learning new language, music etc.

Always eat healthy food included fish, avocado, fruits, vegetables, olive oil, onions.

Antioxidants can help improve focus, problem-solving, and memory.

Never avoid breakfast which is the most needed meal for the brain.
