CONFIDENCE TIPS



Stay happy and healthy in life is not that easy. There are several ways to become happy and healthy. To pursue that ways you must need self- confidence. It’s the key to live a fuller life. Confident people takes risks and achieves their dreams. But whoever has the lack of confidence, they stuck in the doldrums with the feeling of regression of missed opportunities and unused potential. If you are feeling down, don’t worry, you too can develop confidence as most of the people do. Here are some tips to build confidence.

Always dress to impress. Wearing perfectly suitable dress, which makes you feel look good, will accelerate your self esteem.  

To boost your confidence, it’s important that you improve your posture. Always Stand with confidence and command. Keep your head up and always make eye contact with whomever you’re talking to. Don’t avoid their gaze, but lock into it.

Never compare youself with other people. There may be hundreds of reasons for them to be better than you. Comparison only leads to worry.

Negativity breeds negativity. Keep distance from negative people even if it is your close friend or relative. They only can harm your feelings and push you to the worse state from where you can never come back.

We are human being, we cannot be perfect always and achieve goals every time. So don’t be sad when you fail. Always set a target can be achievable and realistic.

Be thankful to God for what you have now. Most of the people complaint that, god is not fair to me. He didn’t give me what I have asked for. Please make a list of your wishes that he didn’t give you and list of things that he gave you even without  asked by you.

Exercise regularly. It will boost your blood circulation and production of happy hormones. Gradually you will feel good when you are infront  of mirror that you are now getting on to that shape which you desired.

Avoid junk foods, that can cause depression. Eat fresh vegetables and fruits, which are loaded with vital micro nutrients, which will help to improve your health. By seeing this improvement you will feel amazing and confident.
